About the Role: As the Head of ICCD, you will serve as the “Internal Watchdog” of the organization. You will be responsible for the total administration of the Internal Control & Compliance Division. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the bank’s financial health by liaising with regulatory bodies, managing AML/CFT risks, and fostering a culture of ethical compliance across all branches and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Act as the internal watchdog and contribute to the bank’s overall financial health and stability.

• Compliance Administration: Responsible for the total administration of the Internal Control & Compliance (ICC) Division and mentoring different units within it.

• Regulatory Liaison: Liaise with regulatory bodies (Bangladesh Bank, etc.) to maintain open communication and ensure adherence to laws.

• Risk Management: Collaborate with all departments/units to assess and manage compliance risks, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) & CFT (Combating the Financing of Terrorism).

Required Qualifications
