About the Role: The IT Support Officer is the first line of defense for the bank’s digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues for bank employees and ensuring the stability of the Data Center. You will work with the ICT support team adhering to ITIL standards.
End-User Support: Provide immediate troubleshooting and resolution for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS) and banking software.
Network Stability: Monitor network and internet connectivity, coordinating with ISPs to ensure uptime.
Maintenance: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT equipment and utility software.
Data Center Ops: Support 24/7 Data Center Operations, including End of Day (EoD) processing. This requires working in Rotational Shifts.
Security: Support security infrastructure, including CCTV footage retrieval and access control systems.
Incident Management: Maintain detailed incident logs and escalate critical issues to the central IT team using the Service Desk Ticketing System.
