About the Role: The Trainee Field Officer is the frontline staff of the microfinance program. You will work in rural and semi-urban areas to organize groups, disburse loans, and collect installments. Key Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Conduct microcredit activities in villages/towns within the assigned working area.

• Group Management: Form new groups, manage existing beneficiary groups, and conduct weekly meetings.

• Loan Management: Process loan applications, ensure disbursement, and collect weekly installments (kisti).

• Communication: Maintain good relations with local people and beneficiaries.

• Reporting: Prepare daily collection reports and update passbooks.

Required Qualifications
